Job Title: Outdoor Adventure Leader
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Outdoor Adventure Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-adrenaline outdoor activities, designing and running sessions, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of outdoor activities using specialist equipment
- Design and run sessions to meet the needs of our participants
- Undertake external National Governing body (NGB) qualifications
- Deliver entertainment sessions and provide fun and exhilarating experiences
- Ensure all equipment and safety checks are conducted in line with company procedures
- Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety policy
- Support with centre projects
Qualifications and Requirements:
- English GCSE at level 3 or grade D
- Maths GCSE at level 3 or grade D
- OR NVQ or SVQ Functional Skills Level 1 or equivalent English (Grade Level 1)
- NVQ or SVQ Functional Skills Level 1 or equivalent Maths (Grade level 1)
