As a Strategic Partnerships Director for Business Development, you will leverage your expertise in business development to drive partnerships that bring value to our clients. Your ability to think creatively and design effective partner qualification and management processes will be crucial in establishing a strong partnership ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner Qualification and Management: Design and implement a partner qualification process, ensuring seamless onboarding and management of external partners.
  • Outreach Strategy: Establish an activity cadence and execute outreach strategies to optimal prospective partners, driving revenue growth and business opportunities.
  • Contractual Negotiation Management: Define and agree on commercial partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture partner activity in Salesforce, measuring success against key performance indicators.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to align channel initiatives and partnership strategy with overall business objectives.
