Job Title: Diagnostic Sonographer

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. As a Diagnostic Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures to a high standard, providing accurate and timely results to patients and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including obstetric, gynecologic, and musculoskeletal scans
  • Interpret complex data to identify pathological or incidental findings
  • Provide accurate and timely results to patients and clinicians
  • Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ultrasound technology and techniques
Requirements:
  • DMU/Pg Certificate in clinical ultrasound
  • Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration
  • Relevant clinical ultrasound NHS experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
