We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Devonshire in Wymondham, Norfolk. The successful candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves loading and unloading goods from vehicles, stacking empty pallets, and moving stocks and items of mail packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility. You will also be responsible for performing daily equipment checks, recharging the truck's battery, and assisting with loading and unloading trucks by hand where necessary.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including picking stock and moving it to the appropriate location on the factory floor and dealing with stock returns. You will also be responsible for collecting full bins and disposing of waste, including bailing shredded paper waste or compacting.

Key skills and qualifications include previous warehouse experience, a counterbalance licence, IT literacy, and competence in MS Excel. You must also be able to lift and manoeuvre items, such as boxes, of up to 22KG.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,528.50 per annum, plus 27.5% shift allowance.
