About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in providing outstanding care and support to young people in a residential setting.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care, leading by example and guiding others to create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for the young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of support workers to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people, promoting their development and independence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies, maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
