We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at Supply Desk. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Behaviour Lead and Pastoral Lead in implementing a whole-school behaviour management approach, tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Behaviour Lead and Pastoral Lead to develop and implement behaviour support plans, ensuring effective strategies are in place to address incidents.
  2. Support staff in accurately documenting behaviour incidents using our management system, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  3. Work closely with the Pastoral Team to monitor and analyse behaviour patterns, identifying early signs of disengagement and implementing interventions to encourage re-engagement.
  4. Build and maintain positive relationships with students and staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  5. Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to staff, promoting the sharing of best practice and driving excellence in behaviour support.
  6. Conduct individual behaviour assessments and implement follow-up interventions to support student progress, ensuring every student receives the support they need to thrive.
