Job Description
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and prospects, with accountability for retention and new business development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing ultimate responsibility for the provision of required services to clients
- Understanding clients' business and risk management needs and delivering solutions through ongoing service
- Establishing and maintaining active relationships with primary budget holders and decision makers within clients
- Providing technical, industry, and subject matter expertise where required
- Determining appropriate solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies that meet clients' needs and deliver profitable business
- Growing existing portfolio by identifying new opportunities from existing clients
- Leading supporting service teams and maintaining effective working relationships with Claims Advocates
