Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide excellent person-centred care and support to tenants with learning disabilities in the Whitley Bay area.
About the RoleAs a Relief Support Worker, you will assist and develop everyday living skills of our service users and support them to enjoy various activities. You will work within positive behaviour support guidelines and encourage tenants to live socially inclusive lives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist service users with daily tasks and activities
- Develop and implement individual care plans
- Maintain accurate records of service user progress
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Paid on a weekly basis
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- A supportive team environment
The estimated salary for this role is £9.50 per hour.
