Quality Assurance Specialist

Purpose of Position
The Product Quality Controller plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency within the operations of Simpson Booth. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen focus on improving key performance indicators such as the cost of poor quality, downtime, and repair rates.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality standards are met.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees understand quality processes and procedures.
