Building Surveyor Stock Condition Surveyor Needed in Nottingham Derby Region
We are working with a leading building and property consultancy to find an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor for their team covering the Nottingham Derby area on a contract basis. As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will conduct internal and external housing surveys.
- Regularly inspect properties and document kitchen bathroom door and external conditions.
- Identify repair or replacement priorities.
- Maintain compliance with health safety and industry standards.
- Fully understand HHSRS principles.
Main Responsibilities
- Strong analytical reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently travel to properties as needed.
- Construction-related degree required.
- Full UK driving license access to your own vehicle necessary.
- Experience working in occupied properties beneficial.

About the Job
The ideal candidate will have experience in stock condition surveying preferably in social housing strong reporting and analytical skills ability to work independently and travel to properties as needed a construction-related degree full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
