About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Manager to join our Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 team in Europe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for streamlining and elevating space as a program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse data and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in current operations
  • Establish frameworks to ensure balance between quality, speed, cost and other factors
  • Share ideas with colleagues and leadership on process improvements
  • Regular reviews of process efficiencies, offering data-led solutions for long-term changes

A Day in the Life

You will focus on improving efficiency, increasing reliability, and finding creative ways to make these happen. You will be part of a team driving major projects to standardise processes and improve operations. This involves regular contact with senior management and stakeholders to define project requirements and update them on status, risks, and impacts.

About the Team

Our team manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. We deliver large items, unpack, assemble and install them, and take away old items where needed. Our focus is on safety, productivity, and innovation, changing the way customers buy and receive large goods for the better.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics or a technical field
  • Relevant experience in using data to influence business decisions
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Experience in Space and/or Capacity Management field

Estimated Salary Range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
