Childcare Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified childcare professional to join our team as a Nursery Room Manager on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.
About the Role
As a Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the needs of every individual child are met, including supporting parents with any special educational needs (SEN) or alternative communication needs (ACN).
- Taking ownership of observation, assessment, and planning for your key children, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Ensuring the team is encouraged and praised for their development and achievements, while guiding and managing the team in your room.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
