Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at ISS Facility Services. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality building services maintenance to our clients across the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide proactive and reactive maintenance services for air conditioning and HVAC systems, ensuring timely completion of tasks and exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of air conditioning and HVAC equipment, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
  3. Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, including basic electrical fault finding, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  4. Monitor and control contractors, ensuring they meet relevant standards and issue Permits to Work as required.
  5. Ensure all air conditioning equipment operates within specified performance criteria and conforms to agreed company standards.
  6. Provide a professional service, representing the company in a way that ensures customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. City & Guilds F-Gas certification
  2. City & Guilds Safe Handling of Refrigerants certification
  3. NVQ L2 / Level 3 Commercial Refrigeration qualification
  4. Proven experience working with different air conditioning units
  5. PPM experience
