About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for managing a range of civil litigation matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of civil litigation cases, including breach of contract, debt recovery, property litigation, and professional negligence claims.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their legal position.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of complex legal issues and develop effective strategies to resolve disputes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case management and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in law, with a particular focus on civil litigation.
  • At least one year's post-qualification experience (PQE) in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
