Exciting Engineering Graduate Opportunity with the Kepak Group

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our esteemed Engineering Graduate Programme at our Merthyr Tydfil site in Wales.

This exceptional opportunity is designed for recent graduates holding a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering. The programme aims to provide a comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to gain hands-on experience across our site in maintaining equipment and machinery, as well as working on various projects onsite.

The role will expose you to the entire project management lifecycle, from initial concept and design to budget management and implementation. You will be involved in supporting the ongoing maintenance of our equipment and machinery, assisting in project management initiatives, participating in design and selection processes, and collaborating with senior engineers to understand project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

In addition to technical skills, we value strong problem-solving abilities, effective teamwork, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.

As a graduate, you can expect:

Key Requirements:

We are looking for hardworking and ambitious Graduates who want to learn and grow in a challenging and fast-paced environment. You must be mobile and willing to travel throughout the programme to undertake development activities at any of our sites in the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering and possess some prior engineering experience. Industry knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Project Management tools, are also desirable.

Salary: £28,000 with up to £1,500 increase at the start of Year 2 to £29,500
