Care and Support Assistant

We are recruiting for a Care and Support Assistant to join our team in Stadbroke. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others.
About the RoleAs a Care and Support Assistant, you will be working as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for maintaining their personal care needs, respecting their dignity, and promoting their independence at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the personal care needs of residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- A caring and patient nature
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in a care setting
- Comprehensive induction and training program

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around £12 per hour, with opportunities for career development and progression.
