Healthcare Management Opportunity - Take Your Career to the Next Level

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Witherwack, Sunderland. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of outstanding patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving quality standards and improvements in line with CQC guidelines. They will also be skilled in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.

This is a permanent full-time role offering a competitive salary of £19.50 per hour, or £39,546 per annum. In addition to a generous annual leave allowance, you will also enjoy free meals, company pension scheme, and enhanced DBS check.
