Bellezza Salon Medspa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician at Bellezza, you will provide advanced facial treatments, including microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED Light, and microneedling, as well as facials, advanced peels, and waxing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Conduct thorough consultations to determine clients' skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skincare products and services, promoting our brand's offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa or plastic surgery practice.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts, with a paid hourly rate of $25-$38 per hour, averaging 24-35 hours per week.
