Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team at Hunter Selection. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all maintenance trades to support planned and unplanned activities.
  • Use business systems and documentation to support and improve asset availability and achieve maintenance KPI targets.
  • Organize and control effective maintenance and repairs of all equipment, including procurement of spares.
  • Agree repair plans and cascade through the 3 shift cycle.
  • Lead key maintenance improvement activities while supporting other departments, and monitor daily work load and prioritize labor effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous Maintenance Planning, Coordinating, or Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • A good working knowledge of metal forming, fabrication, and assembly processes.
  • Experienced in prioritizing engineering maintenance improvement activities, controlling labor, and department budgets.
  • HNC qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
