Job Summary:

Quick Staff UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food manufacturing facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our production sites, managing a team of production managers and shift managers, and driving business growth through process improvements and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our food manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage a team of production managers and shift managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of production plans.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and process improvements.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
