TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Leadership Role to join our team. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of accountants and providing expert financial guidance to our clients.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior accountant to take on a leadership role and work with a reputable and growing firm of chartered accountants. You will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert financial guidance to ensure their financial success.
- Reviewing and preparing financial statements and tax returns for clients, including consolidations and draft corporation tax returns.
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Supporting clients with financial planning and management accounts.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of post-qualified experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with owner-managed business clients and a good understanding of their financial needs.
- Ability to review and prepare financial statements and tax returns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team and provide expert guidance to clients.
