About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clean Water Modeller to lead our team in providing modelling, calibration and analytical support on a range of clean water projects.

About the Team

RPS Water Consulting is a team of engineers, modellers and data analysts providing asset management and operational strategy development to our water industry clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver clean water hydraulic models, including model construction and calibration, analysis studies and solution implementation.
  • Lead modelling project teams delivering diverse water infrastructure projects.
  • Manage and develop staff, ensuring quality of modelling outputs and compliance with standards, specifications and governance requirements.
  • Accountable for commercial performance and forecasting of projects, and the production of bids and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of modelling tools, procedures and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

About You

  • You will have a degree in a relevant technical subject, with experience in water modelling using InfoWorks WS, Synergi Water or similar.
  • You will have proficiency in MS 365 applications, advanced Excel and Visual Basic, and working knowledge of GIS Systems.
  • You will have deep expertise in hydraulic modelling and/or related water infrastructure areas, with ability to coordinate and manage staff at all levels.
