FP&A Manager: Driving Business Performance

About Our Client: Investigo is a leading global beauty brand seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to lead our UK activities.
Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned FP&A professional to lead all UK FP&A activities, act as a business partner to senior leadership teams, and deliver in-depth financial analysis to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UK FP&A Activities: Develop and manage the monthly KPI dashboard, provide guidance and support to departments in preparing comprehensive budgets, and conduct regular reviews of departmental costs to ensure financial efficiency.
- Business Partner: Act as a business partner to senior leadership teams, providing commercial insight and financial analysis to support key decision-making processes.
- Financial Analysis: Deliver in-depth financial analysis to identify strategic opportunities, challenge assumptions, and recommend alternative solutions to optimise business outcomes.
- Direct Report: Manage a direct report with no previous management experience required.
About You:
- Qualifications: Fully qualified Accountant with CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualifications.
- Experience: 2-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong communication skills, and exceptional organisational abilities.
Location: Central London - Hybrid 3 days a week.
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and benefits.
