About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Store Supervisor to join our Nottingham area operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager to drive revenue growth and margin improvement, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, and supporting customers to meet their needs.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, pension scheme, and flexible working options.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager to develop and implement effective stores management services and processes
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business success
- Assist with identifying opportunities for spend consolidation and cost savings to improve profitability
Our Ideal Candidate
- Commercially orientated and experienced in store management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives
