About the Role

You'll be responsible for promoting Scrum best practices, ensuring the team is performing at its best, and driving effective decisions and outcomes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to mitigate risks and provide transparent, accurate, and timely updates.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation of Scrum best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and overcome impediments, ensuring smooth delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and outcomes.
  • Advocate for the release of valuable working software early and often, creating memorable experiences for our customers and users.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in Agile ways of working, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Knowledge of Scrum principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
