This is an exciting opportunity to join our care team as a Senior Care Assistant, working closely with residents to provide quality care and support.
The successful candidate will have experience in caring for older adults, excellent leadership skills, and a compassionate approach. They will be responsible for supervising junior care assistants, developing care plans, and ensuring residents receive high-quality care.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus a £500 Golden Hello, and a comprehensive benefits package including free training and development opportunities.
