Klarent Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport. As a key member of our culinary team, you will contribute to the production of high-quality food items, working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items to the highest standard, adhering to kitchen procedures and health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP protocols and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, maintaining efficient workflow and minimizing waste.
