Role Overview

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team in our Kingston Store. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our 'fulfil from store' delivery service during our busy periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to customers in store
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment
  • Pack stock carefully to send out to our customers
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador
Requirements
  • Possess a passion and enthusiasm for the Reiss product
  • Have a keen interest in style
  • Display a customer-first approach to work
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have good organisational and decision-making skills
  • Be a team player
