About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting event logistics, including venue liaison and delegate attendance coordination
  • Drafting membership communications and event invitations
  • Providing on-site events assistance and day-to-day admin of the events team
  • Keeping the events website updated

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for sustainability and climate change
  • Excellent team working skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • Experience working within small organisations and some experience in events administration
  • Knowledge of financial services or sustainability topics
