About the Role
Uksif Inc is seeking an experienced Events and Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our expansive events programme, ensuring every event attendee and speaker has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting event logistics, including venue liaison and delegate attendance coordination
- Drafting membership communications and event invitations
- Providing on-site events assistance and day-to-day admin of the events team
- Keeping the events website updated
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for sustainability and climate change
- Excellent team working skills and attention to detail
- The ability to balance multiple projects at once
- Experience working within small organisations and some experience in events administration
- Knowledge of financial services or sustainability topics
