The Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional Field Sales Executive to join our industry-leading Field Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance and building strong relationships with our customers in the Mansfield area.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Experience & Essential Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Valid Full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record.
