Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing efficient engineering services to all plant buildings and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on process and packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and manage food safety risks, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
  • Support production efficiency by implementing lean practices and improving workflows.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Participate in machinery and systems projects to improve overall plant efficiency.
  • Identify and manage spares requirements to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory levels.
  • Operate safely and flexibly to meet business needs, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Drive a best-in-class workshop using 5S techniques to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Deliver high-quality technical records and equipment reliability data to inform maintenance decisions.
