We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to lead our kitchen team in Castleford, United Kingdom. As a key member of our restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent food presentation, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu.

  • Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
