Job Title: Registered Manager Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Newcastle area.

This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live independently.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £40,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective staff management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities).
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong staff management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and achieving outstanding results.
