Early Years Team Lead - Camden

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years teacher with exceptional leadership skills to fill a pivotal role as Early Years Team Lead at our esteemed independent preparatory school in North West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of dedicated Early Years educators, guiding high standards of teaching and care.
  • Plan and implement a dynamic and engaging Early Years curriculum that fosters child-centred learning.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the school community.
  • Champion a nurturing educational environment that supports individual growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Early Years teacher, preferably with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). An Oxbridge degree or degree from a top 20 UK university is highly desirable but not essential.
