Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to manage our Merchant Services team in London/Manchester. As a Merchant Services Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants who provide strategic advice to Amazon sellers on how to grow their business on our EU marketplace.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably in the technology, internet, and e-commerce sectors. You should also have a proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams, as well as fostering key client relationships and hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to 6 Marketplace Consultants/Team Leads.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate Selling Partner growth and selection, working with Program teams to develop content, training, and tools.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace and competitive environment.
  • Take on planning and strategic projects to scale and diversify the program over the longer term.
