Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Officer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager to deliver commercial tasks and support the development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of commercial contracts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Prepare and review contractual documentation, including change notes and meeting minutes.
  • Support the Commercial Manager in business and financial planning, including order processing and commercial contract administration.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Sub-Contract Manager to ensure seamless contract management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial contracting, with a strong understanding of pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
