Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Midday Supervisor. As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our children during the lunchtime period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support children during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Encourage children to play together, use their imagination, and learn to manage their own risks.
• Support children in developing good behavior and achieving high expectations.
• Build positive relationships with children and staff, promoting a culture of mutual respect.
• Work collaboratively with the school team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
