Back of House Team Member Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at Everyman. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, working closely with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to Everyman's culinary guidelines and quality control procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with the Head Chef and culinary team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Strong culinary skills, with a passion for food quality and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
