About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in maintaining a range of electrical and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities
  • React to breakdowns and perform planned preventative maintenance
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding
  • PLC knowledge and replacement of electrical components
  • Replacement of mechanical components
  • Leading the team to success and managing downtime
Requirements
  • Confident and a team player
  • Ability to fault find electrically and mechanically
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Happy to work days and nights
  • Recognised level 3 (or above) engineer qualification
