We're looking for a dedicated professional to play a key role in our Strategic Housing Service, which is committed to delivering our ambitious Housing Improvement Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective placement strategies for individuals experiencing homelessness.

This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with partners and contractors to ensure that we are providing the best possible outcomes for our residents, particularly those who are most vulnerable. We need someone with knowledge of Gateshead's Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy, as well as experience in delivering projects where required outcomes and targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, allowing them to effectively engage with various stakeholders, including our partners and contractors. They will also have the ability to formulate and implement plans of action, ensuring that we are prioritizing people appropriately and making coordinated, informed placements that meet their needs.

As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive salary of £37,938 to £40,476 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, hybrid working arrangements, and access to training and development opportunities.
