About the Role
At Butlin's, we're looking for individuals who love to get stuck in and take on new challenges. As a Team Member Plus, you'll have the opportunity to work across different teams on resort, supporting our guests and helping to deliver exceptional experiences.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, and contributing to the overall success of the resort. What You'll Do:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the resort, identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement positive changes.


Your Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £22,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive a range of benefits, including free meals on shift, staff discounts, and access to exclusive employee events.
