We are a well-established estate agency in Brighouse town centre, offering a range of services including the sale and letting of residential property. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering results-driven solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop the sales team to achieve their full potential
- Work closely with the lettings team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Manage the office rota, approve holiday requests, and maintain accurate records using Breathe HR
- Provide monthly financial reports to the Director, including commissions payable
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
