Quantity Surveyor (Senior)

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Meath, Louth & Dublin (North).

About the Role

This is a senior position with a main contractor and leading property developer across Leinster, working on projects including:

  • Variety of projects in Meath, Louth & North Dublin in the pharma, data, industrial, educational, healthcare & commercial sectors.
  • Refurbishment, fit-out, and restoration projects to listed structures, including hotels and state buildings across the region.
Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing budgets and costs associated with large-scale construction projects.
  2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Preparing detailed cost reports and analyzing financial data to inform project decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven commercial skills and experience in quantity surveying.
  • A strong understanding of public works contracts and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
