Montcalm Collection seeks a seasoned Cluster Chief Engineer to oversee technical operations for its esteemed hotels in West London. This pivotal role demands exceptional leadership and technical expertise to ensure seamless functioning of facilities, systems, and equipment. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing engineering teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies aligned with hotel objectives.
· Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance staff, including managers, technicians, and engineers.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development among team members.
· Manage construction, renovation, and maintenance projects within hotels, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
· Implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong equipment lifespan, reduce downtime, and minimize disruptions to guest services.
· Ensure efficient routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
· Assist in preparing and managing the annual budget for Engineering/Maintenance departments, monitoring expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services and materials.
· Ensure full compliance with relevant Health & Safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
· Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures to protect guests and staff.
· Monitor and address guest feedback related to maintenance and technical services, striving to exceed guest expectations.

Essential Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
· Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications.
· A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical services and maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent project management and budgeting abilities.
· In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Commitment to safety, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.

Eligibility
· Candidates must be authorized to live and work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
