We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Great Fosters Hotel. As a key member of our food and beverage department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests across various outlets, including the Estate Grill, Conference & Banqueting Suites, and Lounge service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain the Estate Grill, lounge, or function room for service, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Meet and greet guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take guest orders and serve food and beverage, including alcoholic beverages, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Complete satisfaction checks to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Present bills to guests and process payments efficiently.
  • Reset the restaurant, lounge, or function room at the end of the shift, ready for the next service.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and tidy before departing.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 5 days per week, with flexible shifts, including weekends.
  • Smart appearance and excellent communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Previous experience within a quality food service hotel or restaurant environment.
