About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our team at Compass Associates in Basingstoke. As a First Contact Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert physiotherapy services to patients with MSK conditions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Conducting thorough assessments and providing evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration
- At least 3 years of experience working as a physiotherapist in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of MSK conditions and treatment options
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
