About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PVH. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Utilize strong link selling skills to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and stay up-to-date on current fashion and market trends.
  • Ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained, including shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs, particularly during peak trade periods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask in high-pressure situations.
  • Passion for driving sales using digital platforms.
