Role Overview

As a highly skilled and experienced estate agency professional, you will have the opportunity to take charge of your own area, building relationships and growing the business, all while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. This unique role allows you to drive the estate agency's profile in your designated area, with full autonomy to handle everything from marketing and developing local business contacts to valuing properties and converting leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the estate agency's profile in your local area
• Conduct market appraisals and convert opportunities into instructions
• Oversee the entire sales process from valuation to completion
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and local contacts
• Implement local marketing and canvassing strategies
• Work closely with the central hub office for support in sales progression and administration

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in estate agency
• Proven ability to manage and develop business in a defined area
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business generation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in managing the full sales process
• Flexibility to work both from home and in an office environment
