**Job Title:** Cybersecurity Strategist

**About the Role:

Hays Technology is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing IT risk management processes, crisis plans, and vendor oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and experience with security frameworks such as Cyber Essentials or ISO 27005.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to implement security measures and enhance compliance. Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Risk & Compliance: Develop IT risk frameworks, perform assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  2. Vendor Risk: Establish a Vendor Risk Management program to assess third-party compliance.
  3. Security Leadership: Oversee security measures, incident responses, and network security enhancements, including Fortinet solutions.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, industry-leading training, and free on-site parking.
