About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

  • Monitoring the accounts inbox and managing financial transactions and records
  • Inputting invoices onto our financial system and following up on outstanding payments
  • Producing driver timesheets and general administration tasks
  • Supporting our senior staff members with various tasks and projects
  • Managing supplier portals for orders and collecting and entering data for financial spreadsheets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in finance administration, preferably in a similar role
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Able to work well in a team and support wider team when required
  • Excellent organisational abilities and a professional attitude to work
