Administrative Finance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
- Monitoring the accounts inbox and managing financial transactions and records
- Inputting invoices onto our financial system and following up on outstanding payments
- Producing driver timesheets and general administration tasks
- Supporting our senior staff members with various tasks and projects
- Managing supplier portals for orders and collecting and entering data for financial spreadsheets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in finance administration, preferably in a similar role
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to work well in a team and support wider team when required
- Excellent organisational abilities and a professional attitude to work
